Suzanne’s Biography

Suzanne Blake, PCC is a Personal and Business Coach, Trainer and Consultant who has worked in the field since 1991. She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who is recognized by ICF New England as one of the top coaches in the Greater Boston area. Suzanne is a featured author in the popular book, 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, co-authored with leading experts Jack Canfield, John Gray, Richard Carlson, and Bob Proctor.

In her corporate work, she specializes in coaching executives and managers in leadership development, managing individuals and co-located and virtual teams, communications styles effectiveness, work-life balance, emotional intelligence, and performance management. Suzanne has comprehensive experience designing and facilitating training and coaching programs, facilitating team buildings, and conducting one-on-one Executive Coaching sessions.

Suzanne’s consulting and training client list includes Verizon Corporation, EMC Corporation (US and Scandanavia), Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Arnold Worldwide, William A. Berry and Sons, Inc., RawleMurdy Associates, Children’s Hospital Boston, The Senior Women’s Bar Association, Synthes Switzerland, the Massachusetts and Connecticut State Departments of Education and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Suzanne was selected to present at the first Boston Ad Club Executive Forum sponsored by Oprah Magazine and Oxygen Television. Suzanne also designed and taught the first coach training classes at Lesley University, in addition to building the coaching component of Lesley’s Institute for Body, Mind and Spirituality.

Suzanne’s career background includes business and personal coaching and consulting, program management, team work and communications training, and career counseling. Drawing from her background in career counseling, counseling psychology, and change management, Suzanne helps individuals and groups create and enjoy more successful careers, relationships and lifestyles.
